How the price works
Before
A plumber looks at the problem and writes the price on a quote you sign. For repairs the $89 visit fee covers the diagnosis and comes off the bill. For big jobs the visit is free.
During
If we find something the quote didn’t cover, we stop, show you, and write a new number. You decide. Nobody keeps working on an open ticket.
After
The invoice matches the quote. Warranty terms are printed on it: two years labour on repairs, five on repipes and side sewers.
Where we work
Anywhere inside Seattle city limits. We do not take jobs in Shoreline, Bellevue or Burien.
Keeping the area small is how the arrival windows stay honest. A truck in Rainier Beach can still be in Ballard within the hour; one in Everett can’t.
