- Convert to tankless
- Where your gas meter and venting can support it, we install a condensing tankless unit and size it for the number of showers you actually run at once.

Seattle requires a permit and seismic straps
Seattle Department of Construction and Inspections requires a permit for water heater replacement, and Washington code requires two seismic straps on the tank. We pull the permit, strap the tank, and schedule the inspection. It's on the invoice as its own line.
