- Fixture replacement
- Faucets, toilets, disposals, shower valves and water filters. We install what you bought or supply it and warranty both.
- Rough-in for remodels
- Supply, drain, waste and vent for the new layout, sized and vented to Uniform Plumbing Code, ready for the SDCI inspector.
- Basement bathrooms
- Where the fixture sits below the side sewer, we install a sewage ejector pit so it drains properly. We design the pit location around your finished plan.

Basement and ADU bathrooms
Seattle's ADU rules have made basement bathrooms common. The plumbing question is always the same: is the drain above or below the sewer line? We check with a level and the camera before you spend money on a design.
