We fix the leak in front of you today and tell you plainly whether the rest of the pipe has years left or months.

What we do
- Find it, don't guess
- Acoustic listening and thermal imaging before we open a wall. One hole, not four.
- Repair the joint or section
- Copper or PEX spliced into the existing line with the right transition fittings, so dissimilar metals don't start the next leak.
- Whole-house repipe
- PEX or Type L copper to every fixture, new main shutoff, new hose bibs. Two to four days for a typical Seattle house, walls patched by our drywall partner if you want.

Craftsman bungalows and the 1920s pipe problem
Ballard, Wallingford, Beacon Hill and the Central District are full of 1910–1940 houses on their original galvanized supply. The pipe is a century old. We've repiped hundreds of them and can usually route new lines through the basement and existing chases with very few wall openings.
